My twin sister Allison and I visit our best friend Anneliese of 35 years every summer who lives in DC. We love exploring the history of the city and especially love visiting Mt. Vernon! Last summer we did the Book of Secrets tour, which was pretty cool to see spots most visitors don’t get to go!! We love the beauty of the grounds and walking the paths filled with history!
